GENERAL AFFAIRS MANAGER
-At least 35 yrs. old, graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or related behavioral science courses or any four yr. business course, at least 5 yrs. relevant work experience in all different facets of HR management in the same capacity (recruitment, time keeping, compensation or benefits administration and labor relations), has knowledge on General Affairs, Corporate Communication (such as brochure and website), Company regulation and Internal Rules, Legal matters to include contractual and union matters, can deal with all levels of employees and able to build and maintain professional relations with people in the organization, with good communication and presentation skills and must be computer literate, has good planning, organizational analytical and decision-making skills, self-motivated, creative, flexible and possess a positive attitude, able to execute projects in a fast paced, performance driven business environment and goal oriented, must have strong leadership & mgt. skills, units in law is an advantage

MECHANICAL ENGINEERS (3)
-Licensed Mechanical Engineer, 25-30 yrs. old, with experience as Boiler Tender, with good communication and presentation skills and must be computer literate and knowledgeable on AUTOCAD application, has good planning, organizational analytical and decision-making skills, self-motivated, creative, flexible and possess a positive attitude, able to execute projects in a fast paced, performance driven business environment and goal oriented, must have strong leadership & mgt. skills
